Create Delegation
To delegate authority to another user, go to the Delegation and Access Keys tab and click on the New button. In the opened screen, you must select the user to whom the delegation will be given, define the delegation's validity period, choose a position if position-based delegation is needed, and specify the delegation's scope.
Delegation Scope
There are two types of delegation scopes: Simple and Advanced.
Simple Scope
The simple scope consists of User and Project options.
When the User option is selected, all permissions assigned to the delegating user will be granted to the selected user.
When the Project option is selected, delegations can be assigned for specific projects existing in the system.
Advanced Scope
The advanced scope allows permissions to be detailed and granted on a field-specific basis.
